On May 1st I removed the charcoal canister and leak detection pump. I found the leak detection pump upper half disconnected from the body, I took it apart cleaned the dust off rinse the diaphragm and put back together. So far CEL has not come back, but since I replaced the gas pump it spills gas out the fill tube if I pump gas too fast.
