Default Cold air intakes

What are you running on your Dakota?
Did you notice a difference and would you buy it again?
Let's hear about it.

Tried many, but I am using a True Flow system.

Have the intake tube wrapped in insulation made just for this purpose.

Has a dual stage True Flow foam filter in the stock airbox.

I recorded my lowest IAT's with this setup.

Can't tell over exhaust if it makes any sound or not. Looking for good filtration and low IAT's, not noise.

Would do again. Metal tube and open K&N was just too high with the IAT's.

I have the Airaid. I had the K&N in my prior '06 Dak and have noticed no difference in the two.

K&N 57 series for mine, love it. Throttle was noticeably snappier after installing, still don't know if it helped MPG I can't keep my foot off the throttle

KN 77 Series! Made the v8 come to life! Throttle response was quicker! I have noticed about 1 maybe 2 while pulling the hills with it. Other than that I am like Altair, I cant keep my foot out of it

63 series on the 4.7HO... The throttle response is a touch quicker and it sounds a bit throatier. I would buy it again.
