Default Fast blinking turn signal...HELP!

I own a 2004 Ram and my right turn signal blinks really fast compared to the left turn signal. Funny thing is, the front right turn signal stays on and blinks every so often and the tail right turn signal blinks really fast. Also, there's a "lamp out" light in the cab. I purchased the replacement 3157na bulbs for the turn signals and replaced the front right turn signal bulb hoping it would fix the problem, but none of the new bulbs seemed to do the trick. I still have a "lamp out" light in the cab, the clicking noise in the cab clicks really fast compared to the left, and the front right turn signal stays on and blinks randomly. Can anybody help me figure this out?

I believe there is a turn signal relay in the fuse box under the hood. It could be failing, so I would start there.

Try either the turn signal relay, or you have a bulb out!

The latter was my issue. When this happened to my truck, I just replaced the bulb. Problem solved.

You still have a bulb out somewhere... Or the truck is still thinking that you have a bulb out...

tail light circuit boards......i had issues with my lights blinking fast and given me the lamp out reading too. i replaced the bulbs, checked connections, and looked for a bad wire, and found nothing.replaced the boards and everything was good to go.got them from the dealer for about 20$ each.

to add, when i went to get them at the dealer, the parts manager laughed when he was handing them to me and said, we sell alot of these.

Replace/reseat the bad/loose lamp. It's most likely a bad lamp.
