Default 2500 wheel hop

I need some help/advice. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram with a Hemi. Every time I go off road in the snow I get terrible wheel hop! I mean the minute she starts to dig in the snow at all, it feels like the you are going to rip the axles off! What can I do to eliminate this? My half ton trucks never had this issue. Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks

I should have mentioned, my 2500 only has 50K miles. Shocks etc. are all good and have been checked.

Bilstein 5100 shocks. shocks are designed for the sole purpose of arresting the recoil of the springs and the unsprung weight. What you are getting is torsional recoil from the springs being loaded by the torque delivered to the differential, and the shock inability to arrest it----regardless of mileage. You might also try adding weight to the bed to preload the springs against the unsprung weight. best to do this directly over the rear axle. Make sure that everything else is in good shape also as this will only amplify problems in the suspension.

if you are going off-road.. install off-road shocks...

stock trucks come with street shocks.. not the same...

and at 50k.. all spring rubber bushings are worn out.. my opinion..

wheel hop.. is loss of control of that part..... shocks/springs/mounts/tires/wheels/drive shafts/axles. in that order. start checking.

Thank you. I am in the process of replacing the shocks. I will check the bushings etc.
