Default 2005 Hemi ram 137,000 preventative maintenance

2005 Hemi ram with 137,000 miles. Looks like I have a coolant leak at the timing cover. I figured while I was in there to go ahead and replace the stock water pump. Had a suggestion to replace the timing gears since I was in the neighborhood, but not sure I want to because I have not found many people replacing the timing gears when I do a search. Any other things suggested to replace at this mileage? Only thing I have replaced so far is the radiator, hoses, thermostat, and front shocks. Think I'm overdo for the TB clean, so plan to take care of that while the truck is down.

Plugs, wires. Check your owners manual. I am sure some fluids need changed. IMO I would leave the timing set alone.

All maintenance recommended in the manual.

thanks. Sorry, I really kind of muddied up my question. I'm not looking for what Dodge documents in the owners manual to replace at specified intervals (air cleaner, spark plugs, change coolant etc... I have the manual and have read it) What I was trying to get to was hopefully people sharing (for example: water pump typically fails at 150K, or timing set fails at 160K, or main crank seal fails at 170K) know what I'm getting at now? If I have to go through the effort to get the timing cover off, and the engine has 137K on it, should I go ahead and replace some parts just as a preventative measure? I am not convinced to do the timing gears now, but plan to do the water pump.

Most advise not throwing money at it blindly. Like everything else, there is no sure way of 'guessing' when things will fail.

Might as well just rebuild the engine. Lol.

As others have pointed out, follow the recommended maintenance schedule and just keep an eye on things. Why replace the water pump when it is not showing any symptoms of a problem? You're just throwing out good money for no reason.

I can tell my experience was oil changes at 3k coolant replacement every two years. Plugs lasted 100k. Valve spring broke at 273K. Clutch throw out bearing twice now. And this week changed out valve stem seals for slight smoky starts after long idle periods. Alternator changed at 200K just because.
Original water pump but on the list for early 2016.
Truck has 296400 miles now.
