Thanks, Lancelanz, I was just going to post the question to see if anyone had done it. I was worried about the weathering that sits vertically against the vinyl blackout tape along the length of the pillar, but it appears that the bottom is the only place to be concerned with? i just stuck my fingertip in the top corner of the window weatherstrip and ran it down as i peeled the decal off . i didnt take the bottom trim all the way off just took the the screw out to pull it back a little to get the bottom out.
