Default rear wiper and washer don't work

I have Dodge caravan 2001 2.4L. The rear wiper doesn't work. No sound. Then I found the rear washer not working too – no sound. Nothing is frozen.
Please advise.

There was a BCM software update for that.

Looking at several forums some have had luck disconnecting the negative battery cable a few minutes. Pulling the IOD fuse may do the same. The Techical Service Bulletin (TSB) involves reprogramming or replacing the Body Control Module (BCM).

It works. Thank you.
Opened the hood, opened the fuse box and pull the IOD fuse 15A for a couple minutes and then reinsert. Now the rear washer pump and wiper work again. Attached diagram.
