I ran it up until this oil change.

I switched over to synthetic.

It's good stuff though. You won't have any issues with it.

The synthetics are just good at extending the oil drain intervals, but the cost kinda negates it.

Run that Rotella..........you'll be fine.

I ran shell Rotella in my truck at the beggining but switched to Rotella Synthetic only because I plan on keeping this truck for the next twenty years. I have run Rotella dyno oil in our industrial equipement with no egine failures to date.

My Pop is running Rotella in his 03 with no problems at all. I've run it in my 98 since it was new and everything is fine there too.

I run Shell 15-40 in my vehicle and in two of our heavy rescue vehicles. One heavy rescue vehicle has about 245000 miles on drive train, no problems.

I have ran Rotella 15w-40 since I bought the truck. Everyone run rotella around here. All construction companies and all the farmers. 40,000 miles since I bought the truck and no problems at all. Its good stuff and proven its self just like the cummins has for years.

I run it in my truck, but I've only had it for about 12k miles. I ran it in my old 2001 CTD as well for 150k miles with no probs. Can't go wrong with Rotella.
