I took out the instrument cluster on my '01 and now I have idled for an hour plus several times... although I have yet to actually drive the van... it never idled over 20 minutes before without stalling and usually much quicker... still fooling with this problem but NOT a daily driver so I am taking my time

The service manual does say a 'reflash' is required for certain issues similar to the ones you all are describing...software does go bad sometimes.

Can't believe I never updated this thread. I hate people that don't provide solutions to the issues posted and I'm that guy. Found a pcm online in PA. Pluged it in and ran great. Solved.

Fast forward few years to today. Guess what..... It's dead again.

Wonder if you have a marginal sensor sucking down PCMs...... Problem is, it is pretty much impossible to determine which one is the problem.
