Default 2000 ram 2500 starts but won't move in any gear

As the title states I've got a 2000 ram 2500 5.9 gas. Rebuilt the trans last year and drove without issue other then the truck itself is a dog and I'll assume that's due to the factory reprogram on the pcm. It starts and runs drops into all the gears no issues I've checked to make sure the truck is pumping fluid which it does fluid is full but I get no codes for any sensors. Before it was rebuilt when I got it the lever for the band was in the bottom of the pan and wouldn't engage to shift out of first. The only thing that's not hooked up is the airbags while I wait for new dash top to put it back on the road and it has sat for almost a year not moving but started at least once a month.

It simply doesn't move (forward or reverse)?
Any weird noises?

2 or 4 wheel drive?

And an automatic, I presume?

Try disconnecting the 8-pin electrical plug on the trans (if it's an auto). You will have ZERO automatic function in the trans, you will have to shift manually, just minus the clutch. See what happens then...

4x4 yes automatic 46re. I unplugged the 8 pin and the othe connections and sprayed with electrical cleaner. But I'll try that I'm just trying to get away from having to drain and drop the pan. and I've checked it with transfer case in 4h 4l

Do a pressure test, it will tell you if the accumulator/servos are getting adequate pressure. Was the check valve removed from the trans line? They have been known to stick.

Check valve is still in it i know I need to take it out but I was in a rush and needed the truck back together at the time and had to buy a new line the quick fit ends break way to easy on the napa lines but I will try the pressure test today.

Oh. I assumed that you already had done the pressure test.

I just unhooked a cooler line and started it and let it pump into a jug to check the pump cleaned the connections I haven't gone to much into checking and testing as the factory service manual is at my brothers
