Drivers on the freeway in Los Angeles recently came across a terrifying sight. No, for once it was not the traffic. People were scared silly by a creep-tastic Dodge Charger. The Dodge was covered in blood spatter and appeared to have the body of a very unlucky pedestrian hanging off of it. Turns out it was not Freddy Kreuger headed to Elm Street, but rather just a fun Halloween prank.
Someone grabbed their cell and recorded the spooky sight. The New York Daily Newspublished the video on their website.
