Dodge Demon Vanquishes Tires at ‘Nitto Auto Enthusiast Day’

Gorgeous Demon paints it’s rear bumper black with burned Nitto rubber.

Nitto Tire recently hosted it’s fifth annual Nitto Auto Enthusiast Day, a car show and meet and greet featuring famous rides and famous drivers. While the show cars were cool, it was the skidpad that had the crowds riled up. Vehicles of all sorts, all wearing Nitto rubber, were putting on a demonstration of horsepower and tire smoke.

While most of the vehicles were race-ready Formula Drift cars, or off-road racers, one car in particular stood out. Parked right next to the demonstration skidpad was an impeccably clean Dodge Demon. This Challenger SRT Demon is painted in a particularly uncommon, if not rare, color, dubbed ‘F8’ green. It is gorgeous in the sunlight. While we were catching glances at the Demon, we noticed a familiar face walk up next to it. This Dodge Demon is owned by none other than WWE wrestling champion Bill Goldberg. It turns out Goldberg is quite the Mopar fan, and this F8 Demon is his latest purchase.

Goldberg’s Dodge Demon is pretty much stock, other then the sharp HRE C-105 multi-piece wheels, of course. Those wide HRE wheels are wrapped in a set of Nitto NT01 track day rubber. Then again, how do you really improve upon the one of the fastest production cars ever made?

Goldberg was an invited guest at Auto Enthusiast Day this year, and, like any good guest, he was ready to party. So, in between the Formula Drift cars, Ultra 4 off-road rigs, and the madness that was Casey Currie and his Ford Pro-Lite race truck, Goldberg decided to put on a little bit of a show, himself.

After immediately disclaiming ‘I am not a professional,’ Goldberg fired up the Demon’s launch control and proceeded to do some monster 840 horsepower burnouts. After a few minutes of sufficient tire smoke, Goldberg brought the Demon back in and showcased his new temporary paint job on the back bumper.

Here is a quick before and after. Not bad for a self-proclaimed non-professional.
