One-of-One Matte Gold 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR Heads to Auction
One-off 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR is loaded with options and has just 113 miles, making it perhaps the ultimate version of the supercar.
One could easily argue that the Dodge Viper has never really gotten the love it deserves, at least, from collectors. Obviously, we enthusiasts have always had a soft spot for the Viper, but it just hasn’t quite received the same affection in terms of becoming a coveted collectible. However, that won’t likely be the case with this 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR with the Extreme Aero Package, because it’s a true one-of-one that has just 113 miles on the clock.
This Dodge Viper GTC ACR is set to be auctioned off at Broad Arrow’s upcoming Monterey Car Week sale, and it certainly gives bidders a lot of reasons to consider bringing it home. For starters, it’s the last of six Black Stripe models produced in total, and the only one sporting matte gold paint. On top of that, it’s loaded with options including the Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, Customer Preferred Package, ACR Package, and much, much more.
The Extreme Aero Package is also part of this particular mix, adding goodies like a unique front splitter, hood, rear diffuser, adjustable wing, and upper dive planes. One will also find the optional carbon fiber structural X-brace under the hood, framing the beloved 8.4-liter V10, which was factory-rated to crank out 645 horsepower.
Inside the cabin, there’s plenty of black Alcantara leather with silver stitching along with six-way manually adjustable seats, an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, door trim panels, console, and upper instrument panel, along with plenty of niceties. Those include the optional 18-speaker Harmon Kardon High Performance Audio System, as well as the carbon fiber black interior accents that were also available as an option.
Add it all up, and the original owner paid a whopping $159,080 for this Dodge Viper GTC ACR when it was new, and they’ve held onto it ever since. As for the low mileage total, well, that’s proof that they haven’t really driven it that much, but the car has also spent its time housed in the American Performance Collection, too.
Now, it’s finally looking for a new home, and as perhaps the ultimate example of Dodge’s track-capable supercar, we don’t doubt that it’ll find plenty of suitors when it crosses the block later this month.
