Default Modding Stereo location..

I have a 98 and dont care much for the location of the stereo with the shifter getting in the way. Would it be impossible to swap the location of the heat/ac controls with that of the stereo?? That would have been more convenient had they made it that way in the first place

Oh man. I wiuld have liked to have seen that. Other than the wires, any other major problems or anything that was time consuming? Did it look better or worse than stock?

I've done three similar setups ... One put the HVAC in the glovebox one in the center console and one reversed like you want ...
The Glovebox was the biggest pain in the butt...Since it was moving it was hard to get the cables to work correctly

How much do you charge for something that? I assume you have a business? I live in Toledo
Just wondering if it looks pretty stock afterwards and if you reccommend it? I notice you hadn't modified yours. I just think it is a pain swapping cd's plus I want to get a nice head unit with graphics and it is pretty hidden down there

I'm out of the business of Installing so All the ones looked pretty stock afterward except they had fiberglass trim panels made up ... Truthfully I have no idea money wise I was back working the owner made up prices ect ...
I never modded mine due to the $400 Carbon Fiber dash kit on it ...
I'd really only do it if you are going flip up screen or a video screen over the head unit
