You just have to remove the black instrument bezel's two screws, then the cluster has four screws to remove and then the cluster just pops out...the fun part is taking it out of the dash. The removal of the cluster is also in the how-to remove the dash...since you have to remove the instrument cluster too.

The amber color comes from the painted overlays.
