Default studder problem

ok sometimes it does it while im driving but mostly crusing on the highway my car will pause once in a while then it started to get worse and it does it multiple times i had a 3 hr drive and it did it constantly throughout the trip and when i had cruise control on it kept shutting off

The torque converter maybe causing your shudding. ck the trans for codes,you may have stored code for the torque converter control.

its like a misfire kinda i guess it ill studder once then twice the a couple more times in a row then one every so often on the on the highway but sometimes regular driving almost litke i lose power for a sec or sumthin its hard to explain

A stutter in motor or a stutter in power transfer to the wheels (follow up with Tech's post about the TQ).
When was the last time you changed your plugs and wires?

i'd say studder in the motor i changed the coil pack plugs and wires probably round feb.
