Default Need Head Gasket Replacement Info!!!!

Does anybody have a printable step by step on tearing down the top half of the 2.5. My Timing belt broke while I was going 60mph, I was told I should take the heads off and visually inspect the tops of my pistons for any damage and also to check all the valves for any damage. I have a manual "Chiltons" but would like to have the advice, and instructions of someone who has been there and done that. Thank You.

Likely all/most of your valves are trashed ... also damaging the pistons ... these are zero clearance motors at 60mph you trashed everything ...
Your best thing to do is a 3.0 swap you'll be $$$ ahead with a newer more powerful motor

Sorry Crazytrain, but BV is right. Even if there was a slim chance that the valves and pistons are fine....you've got the motor opened already and the motor is old, change them out anyway.
There's a parts list in the FAQ section above this forum for the 3.0 swap with the info that you need for the swap if you decide to go that route.
