try lubing the regulator mechanism ...It might be bogging down the motor too much ...

i did that about two months ago its got grease all over everything that moves it helped it a bit but it just dont catch the gears i think i need new lol. an how do u get it out? it looks to be pretty tettis of a job. sorry bout the spelling i hate words lol....

The other thing it could be, Joe, are the tracks. Clean them out. Dirt gets trapt in there and that will also slow down the free movement of the windows.
I remember the good 'ol days of when my windows would go up and down "fast", lol.

Also what grease did you use ??? some greases are pretty stiff I normally use a white lithium or even clear silicone for those ...
