Well, it has been two months since I posted a reply to my post.
I am still hearing the screeching sound when I brake. I am going to take it the shop and have them change the brake pads but this time I will tell them to put semi-mettalic break pads instead of that pro-stop brake pads, which are crap.

I did have a screeching sound in my truck but I got rid of the Bitch and don't have that sound any more.
