Default Headlight Adjustments

My headlights have new bulbs and have been polished recently, but they seem to be crossed too much and too low. Does anyone know how to adjust the horizontal and vertical alignment on the headlights? I have a '97 V6 ES if that changes anything. Thanks in advance!

The screw behind the high beam adjusts the lateral (left to right) angle of the light...
The screw behind the low beam adjusts the up and down angle ...
you dont just loosen the screw though, tried that..no good, you wedge a phillips head screwdriver against the gear like thing on top and use it to turn the gears, there is a slot for a screw driver on top.

Out of curiosity, do you know which way the gear thing has to be turned (clock or c-clock) to go the different ways?

I am using a Phillips head for the vertical and
have moved the gear in both directions. The
bubble does not move. Anyone have an idea?

You are right! I took mine to the local Chrysler/Dodge body shop
this morning ... clockwise turn raises the vertical. They pay no attention
to the gauge. Turn the phillips head and watch the bulb.I will do the horizontal tonight and post the result.
