I would disconnect the battery for 15 minutes to clear the code then reconnect the battery and go for a drive to see if the code returns. It is possable that the way is was running that the computer thought there was another problem. From what you posted it sounds like you got your problem solved.

 

yea. it just took a few start ups and the code went away. i didnt need to disconnect.

yea, them wires can get in the way without u noticeing it, i had the same issue replaceing the throttle body gasket

 

ok so a little problem that i am curious about... today was driving and for the past few days i have been getting a tranny code 2,4 and wasnt real concerned about it. so anyways while i was driving when i let off the gas the rps hesitate and dont seem like it wants to drop and takes a moment or 2 for the car to start slowing? could this be related to the tranny or even possibly the wires that were crushed before.

double check the crushed wires you may have cut a ground or something
