Default mitsubishi eclipse SRI

ok so i was up at summit racing today lookin for a short ram intake for my avenger, but they carry AEM and INGEN which they were showing didnt make a SRI for the avenger. they had one for the eclipse but i wasnt sure if it was going to fit so i just said forget it and thought id ask first?

Ok so i went with a cheap ebay one... called Acekogyo... anyone try these.. it was only $35? hopefully it wasnt a waste of money [:'(]

It'll work fine ... the filter is not the best use it when it gets dirty buy a new one ...

ok yea i was planning on doing that anyways... so if the filter is what makes the whole intake an intake then y do people go out and spend lots of money on a good name brand intake when all you would have to do is go on ebay like i did and buy a cheap *** intake and just throw away the ****ty filter and go buy a better filter. it would be much cheaper.....speaking of filters will a weapon r filter fit on mine. or will basically any filter fit as long as its the same size

most are 3" filters ....dunno if yours is the same ...
