Iknow bad venge and many others have had thisproblem before, the recall is lifetime. It doesn't matter how many times the ball joints have been replaced. If you have a problem with the dealer, call customer service, before replacing any parts.

when i had it on the jack and wheels off i could take my hand push up on the rotor it shouldnt move mine move about and INCH!!!! i cant believe they didnt pop out all together!! car sits a few inches higher now!!!! thank god for legitiment dealers if they were inspected they take them off the recall list so even if they were done keep trying2 get them fixed

Canada seems to have a different standard as well they will only do the recall once ... several members have had to either drive the car stateside or spend hours on the phone trying to get it covered again...
