LMFAO!!! Im such a bone head. I finnaly pulled my dash speakers and it all came back to me. I was worried about all this wiring and splicing [:@] and I forgot they all have 2 wires a postive and negative. Lol! So I found this Sony aftermarket cd player and considering gettin sum kenwood speakers. I still don't understand the din thing even the guy at Mobile 1 didn't know. What is "din" short for or what other words can I relate it too to have abetter understandin of it.

Deutsche Industrie Normen (DIN) - German (European) industrial standards. DIN size refers to the stereo size that fits most European automobiles.
Double DIN - Twice the height of the standard DIN dimensions; width is standard DIN width.

I prolly worded it wrong. It was so eager to sell coaxles. If i spelled that right looked it up just seems to be a speaker wire. Im still mad at myself thatwas actually gonna pay to have someone install my speakers.[:@]

hey i just bought some sonyXplod speakers to replace the factory speakers. will the infinity amp that came with the factory sound system have enough to power 2 6x9 400 watt speakers (REAR), 2 6.5 300 watt speakers (DOOR)

[:@]The 300 watt and 400 watt you state is the MAX rating of the speakers ... The Stock infinity puts out 36 watts RMSat 2 ohms since your speakers are likely 4 or 8 ohms the output will be less

I went and checked today and couldn't find the factory amp that you guys were talking about. I'm pretty sure I got screwed and either the dealership I got it from or the guy who sold it to the dealership took it out when they sold the car. 
Sounds good nonetheless, but I could only imagine it with the amp.

The infinity system was an OPTION not all cars came with the amps ...
Some came with 6 speakers and no amps
Others came with 6 speakers and the amp (located under the rear deck between the 6X9's)
Others came with only 4 speakers (door + rear deck)
