Default Another Stalling Question

Alright... So about a month ago I bought a 98 Avenger ES. About a week after it starting stalling when I stopped. I read some posts on here and I replaced the IAC motor. That seemed to fix it. This morning it started to do it again. It only seems to do it when it is really cold, below 10, this is when I noticed it last time and thats how it was this morning too. What it does it when I start it it idles really rough but it will stay running. If I drive it it runs fine but the minute I put my foot on the brake, the pedal goes hard like the brake booster is failing and then the engine dies. Sometimes it will start right back up sometimes I have to let it sit for a minute or two, then it will start back up. But it only does this until the engine warms up then it runs fine... no rough idle, brakes fine, and does not stall when I stop.

When I ran the code for the computer it told me it was the IAC last time... I replaced that and still have the same symptoms now. My uncle thinks it is the inbound O2 sensor. Any other suggestions?
