20's WILL fit but they are way too big and cause clearance turning radius troubles ... It's way better to go 19's .... Cost depends on what wheels and tires you choose They will set you back at least $2000 Also with wheels that large UPGRADE BRAKES

I already have wheels and tires that are 20" but they will not fit what will i have to change on the car to make them fit and how much will it cost?

you probably have the wrong bolt pattern then

Christ are we psychic ??? can you give us ANY information bolt pattern ???offset??? tire size ???
What kind of car are they off of ???

20's fit right in but i agree with venge turning radius will be trouble 18's or 19's. If yours dont fit it has to be a different bolt pattern than you have
