Talking trouble codes and $ on parts

Hey thanks for looking.

My girlfriend has a 98' v-6 automatic. I just bought an code reader and haynes. I ended up with three codes:
P0700=Transmission control system malfunction
P1781= manufacturer control transmission
P0715= input/turbine speed sensor A circuit malfunction (the haynes manual stated "Vehicle speed/distance sensor circuit"

Also the car has multiple symptoms such as intermittantly opperating in "limp mode", at idle speed it can't figure what gear it should be in (torque converter?), and when she comes to a stop the car slips out of gear like a false neutral then clunks back into gear after sitting for about four or five seconds. So my question is what parts are these codes and problems suggesting need replacing? Guestimate on prices? try selling as is or roll it off a cliff? thanks for your time

What type of tranny fluid, how old is the tranny fluid (should be pink in color and not too dark), and do you see any metal shavings on the tranny dip stick. The relay pack could be going, but I would start with the fluid as it will cause erroneous codes and conditions.
If you do need new fluid, have it flushed out and use ONLY Mitsu/Chrysler tranny fluid. The A604 is very picky with it's tranny fluid.

The speed sensors input and output are the cheapest "parts" as in $15/$30 depending on where you get them ... thats the third code ...
When it is acting up do you loose the speedometer ???
