How much is this avenger worth??

Since you guys know a lot about avenger I thought you could answer this question. It's a V6 automatic FWD and it has 170,000 miles on it. I haven't seen it in person but the body looks pretty good (no dents or rust you can see in the pictures) and it has a lot of options (since it's a ES)
Said Options: Tinted Windows, Tilt Wheel, Sun Roof, Rear Defrost, Leather Interior, Keyless Entry, Cruise Control, Alarm System, Air Conditioning, CD, Cassette, Bucket Seats and Power Windows, Mirrors, Moon Roof, Steering, Locks, Drivers Seat
So what do you think it's worth??

The one I was looking at is $2,250 or Best Offer and my first offer was going to be around $1850 (after I took a close look/test drive)
Is there anything about the Avenger I should take a closer look at (belts, tranny...)??? It would be my first car and I don't want to get screwed

With 170K
find out when /if the timing belt was changed ... That can run into big $$$ The motor is zero clearance, if the belt breaks the motor is destroyed, if it hasn't been plan around $500 to have it done or if you are handy I have a write up on it ($120/$200 for parts)
On test drive listen carefully for front end noise ...
Bad front wheel bearings can cause a rubbing sound that varies with speed
Also going over bumps listen for clunking ect , there is a recall on the front end , and the dealer can be made to replace the one set of arms ...
Look under and see if the struts are leaking , if they are factory I'll bet they are shot
Pull the dipstick on the tranny , wipe it with a white napkin/rag, the fluid should be red , if it's dark/brown or smells burnt plan on a flush/fill
Check the rocker panels under the door for signs of rust , they are expensive to repair
Check tires/brakes as well ...

OK I found another avenger around what I was looking for so how much would this one be worth. It's a 1997 ES, FrWD, 4 cylinder automatic with 133,000 miles. It does have a few less options and they want $2,595(no or best offer)
Tilt Wheel, Power Windows, Mirrors, Steering, Locks, AC, Alloy Wheels, Bucket Seats, Cruise Control, Cloth Upholstery, Rear Defrost, and Anti-Lock Brakes
