V6 timing belt question.
In the manual, when refering to reinstalling the tensioner it states "Using special tool No. MD998767 and a torque wrench on the tensioner pulley, apply 39 inch lbs. (4.4 Nm) of torque to the tensioner. Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt to 35 ft. lbs. (48 Nm). "
Any body know what this tool looks like, where you can get one, and what is the purpose of this step ?
I thought the tensioner was hydraulic, so why do you need to put a 'torque' on the tensioner pulley before tightening the tensioner bolts ?
Thanks in advance

So nobody takes this step ?
I notice the tensioner pulley hole is offset, so when replacing the pulley, how do you know where to position it relative to the mounting cam ?
Any info would be greatly appreciated
