Default New to Manual

Ok guys i hope u guys can help wit this.. umm got a 95 avenger manual n im having trouble wit the backin up lights they dont turn on when i hit reverse, i checked all the fuses n they are good so dont knwo whats the problem. canu help?

If you have a volt meter, take out the bulb and take a voltage reading where the bulb was Volt meter on DC. setting. You could have a short in a wire. Also welcome to D.Forum.

Theres a back up switch that might not be activating

Default BAck up lights

ok i check n no current passing through the back lights dont know why. any ideas why?

I had the same prob in my 95, I changed the back up switch (on top of the trans, Straight under the air intake...on the 2.0L, anyways) and worked perfectly! Switch was only like $25...that's where I'd start
