time to dump it quick before something else goes wrong. next time get a car that won't require endless internet help.....like an intrepid with a 2.7. You'll never get off the computer to keep that one running

 

Ha. I'm thinking 1999 cougar with the DOHC 2.5 V6 Duratec with the manual transaxle. Those engines and trannys are bulletproof

 

On of my friends had one of them. it was a rocket. but had a lot of body integrity issues an frequent electrical gremlins.

for cheap, simple reliability and decent power, I'd hunt down an old 3.0 5speed shadow. I've yet ever seen any weird problems with that package. and they are quite the sleeper. I turn 14's and Union Grove with mine.
