ok so i bought a 2000 dodge avenger a few weeks ago and it dident come with the alarm key how would i go about replacing it? would i have to go to a dealer? and about the recall i got a appointment secluded for Friday to have it check out and they said if i have them replace the parts an its not on recall they would make me pay "A hell of alot of money" that was there exact words so is there like an official place where i can go and get some documents on the recall so i can show them so they dont try and rip me off. thanx in advance

There is no alarm key it runs off the remote/keyless
