Default Rearend bounce?

Ok so i have been noticing that there is a bounce in the rearend of my 2000 avenger when i go over a bump in the road it feels like the rearend bounces from side to side and also noticed that both my new rear tires are fully bald.. no uneven wear they are completely bald.. could it have something to do with the sway bar? maybe the bushings or somthing loose?

examine the rear wheel bearings they can get loose and cause bounce. jack up can and see if the wheels are loose and wooble, check if they roll easily
how "new" are the bald tires ?

well i jacked it up like u said to do and checked for any play in the rear end but its all tight and the wheels move freely.. but.. i did noticed that there is a bar that is kinda bent and twisted not sure what its called but i can bet thats probably the problem so i will replace both sides tomorrow just to be safe and the tires are brand new and only a month old ... heres some pics of the bent piece
