Leaving the cables off the battery for 30 minutes after replacement of the input speed sensor didn't help. My car is still going into limp mode. Will the car enter limp mode if the transmission needs a flush and it is causing hard shifting? Would it go into limp mode if the transmission is already damaged mechanically?

Any thoughts on the other questions from my last post?

Check the CODES and see if anything has changed
Also did you check voltages on the sensor ?

A mechanical trouble can cause Limp , but should have other issues
