Sounds like a bad wheel bearing or CV joint
Jack up the car and see if the wheel wobbles/has movement That would indicate the wheel bearings gone

Sorry for using your topic but i have similar issue (actually had a long time already) but it's just a bit annoying.
There is some "whining", don't know if it's even correct word for it. It starts with low speed and when i drive over 50km/per hour it disappears.
If i slow down to 50 and below it comes back. I don't know the lowest level, where it starts but i know for sure it disappears when going over 50km per hour. The range for me seems to be 40-50 km per hour. Somewhere in there i think the sound is heard mostly.

Sound is like coming from everywhere, i don't have exact point where it comes. Just sounds like from everywhere.

Why it disappears at specific speed?

Wheel bearing(s) or something even worse?

I'd say check wheel balance/wheel alignment first if the wheels are misbalanced this can cause issues at speed as well as worn/cupped wheels cause the noise
