Hey thanks Master Tech I was gonna call to see what Prices they Charge around here for them but ah I wanna try something what Bad Venge did but wanna get direction on how to do it first sounds like a good deal if his lasted 8yrs
I bought two part polyurathane liquid , I cleaned out the old rubber and kept the "bushing" I made a mold blocking the bottom drilled the center to secure bushing dead center and poured the liquid in , allowed to harden up results stiffer then stock and been there for 8 years
1) remove the motor mount.
)remove the old rubber bushing
)clean the surfaces well (I used a wire wheel on the inside ) and the bushing
)cut a piece of plywood to fit underneath the mount
)Drill a hole in the dead center to match the original
)Silicone the wood to the underside of the motor mount
)verify the bushing is dead centered adjust as needed apply some petrolium jelly to the inside of the WOOD only clean any off the metal
)Allow silicone to set up overnight
)Mix up the polyurathane (follow manufactures directions)
)Carefully pour the poly into the mold being careful to not get any inside the bushing
)Allow it to set up overnight
)Carefully remove the wood
)Reinstall mount
