Default 98 dodge avenger 6cyl

I am running a 98 avenger, When it sits in the driveway and idles the car runs fine, When I take it out on the road for a test drive after about 10 min it stalls out and wont start right up, if I let it sit 30 to 40 min it runs again for 5 miles and stalls again. Fuel filter? pump? IAC? any help would be great. I did close of the leak detection pump to see if I could get the CEL off is this a problem? Thanks in advance.

The trouble can be a Fuel Pump Relay , ASD relay , or the CPS

If it was the asd relay shouldn't I have gotten a code 42? It's not the fuel pump relay. I will check the CPS. I'm wondering if I have a bad battery connection on the Neg terminal. This was just replaced and may have loosened while driving?

intermottant they might not throw a code , doubt its a battery terminal or it wouldn't restart after waiting

Okay I have replaced the coolant temp sensor, fuel pump relay and the IAC and the car still stalls after 14 miles.I have the distributor out but don't know if I need the 526 or the 475 rotor cam?
