Default Timing Belt Help

Most of you know by now that I am trying to restore my venge. I bought it knowing it would need work. I was replacing the valve cover gaskets today and inspected the timing belt. It is in fair condition and I will try to change it in the next month if possible. Should I change all tensioners and the water pump while I am changing the belt? Is the hydraulic tensioner reusable or disposable?

replace all ,,, I've seen far too many reuse the tensioner to have the bearings fail and destroy belt and motor Zero Clearance
Rock auto had the kit on clearance

Thanks, I was afraid you were going to say that. I will save for the full kit. My venge has 132,000 miles. Could that be the original belt? It doesn't look like it will fail next week, but I fear it will fail in six months to a year. How do you adjust the tensioner with the off-center hole and two small holes?

It's a 100k belt so if it is original your on borrowed time ...
