Perhaps a loose, dry, or worn belt?

Have someone stand in front of the car (leave the car in park), pop the hood, and turn the wheel and have that person listen for the sound.

Can't do that because it only happens when I turn right and rolling. Sitting still it doesn't make the noise. Maybe a motor mount is loose and the motor leans into something like the cover. Fluid is all there, nothing leaks. I'll have to remove the cover and see if it goes away.

So then, it's a squeak. Check your motor mounts but I would think that it would squeak turning in either direction and not just in one. Check your suspension. Inspect your strut bushings too. Don't forget the lonely bolts all around the engine bay. The chasis can squeak too.

Well my side motor mount is OK. The front, the one they call the rear has some small craks in it, but not a solid crak all the way through. I'm thinkning it is my belt tensionor because it has some slope in it.

Inspect the pulley too. If the bearing is going, it will start with squeaks under certain conditions (under load) then get promoted to squeaking all the time, then grinding.
