who has had problems with headlight hardware? u know who u r. what were ur solutions.

no the bolts in the back. the threaded brass insert that is molded into the plastic stripped out and i cant drive my car till i find a solution.

You can always put a dab of plastic weld or JB weld in the holes, if you still have the brass inserts, carefully put the inserts back in and wait 24hrs, and voila, like new again....sort of, lol. I'm assuming that the brass inserts are still there. You can thread in a screw and pull it out by the screw head..well, not a screw, but a bolt

thats exaclty what i did. minus the brass inserts. they had thread bodies stuck in them and i didnt want to wait to take them out. instead i used plastic weld with drywall anchors and self tapping screws.
