ok my car seems to be studdering like when i start to go it studders some times or when i am accerlerating in like 2nd or 3rd it pauses for a split second then goes again any suggestions maby i need to clean my injectors

It could be a few things at the same time or some sort of combo really. The place to start is to clean out your intake tract, it's probably the cheapest route....seafoam/MCCC That, if done thoroughly and correctly, will clean out the plenum, piston top, chamber, injectors, possibly the EGR valve, fuel tank pump filter, fuel lines, and fuel filter (although it should just be changed out).
Granted, your car's stuttering may be in a different direction, but again, it's a good place to start.
Have you ever ran your car until you were "empty" of gas? I ask this because sediments in your fuel tank may have passed the fuel pump's filter and could be clogging the fuel system, but again, it could be anything.

yea unfortunatly i kinda do that alot run it till empty that seafoam stuff where can i get it pepboys? or autozone somethin like that

you can get sea foam at pretty much any parts store. i found it easy to put it in the intake through the pcv hose, no more than a third of a can worked for me.
