Default time to celebrate

i was on my way home from a friends house today and i realized that i had just turned 200k miles on my truck. and this is original engine.

think i'm going to throw a part who wants to come?

got a pic of the odometer too will post tomorrow.

Cool! And your still going strong!

I got maybe 170,000 on my odometer, but nothing is that old besides the body, it all got upgraded at one point.

thats the miles i had on my truck in september of 08 i had 154k when i got it in june of 08. the sad thing is i think my clutch is going out with only 4,000 miles on it(which is all i put on my truck this year).

awesome. mines at 196xxx and its still going strong besides the oil pressure. Got a nice block heater put in too for winter lol

it seems to be running a tad on the bad side but i put some fuel system cleaner in it and it seems to run better

i'm not happy that i have 200k miles on it(as any other driver would be) but i'm happy that i crossed that mile stone with a motor that is still running like new.

deerkiller, your lucky you have that block heater. i never had one, but i never really needed it. my truck heats up in about 7mins and always starts in the cold, it just takes a bit when it gets below -10*. i put some stp gas antifreeze stuff(forgot the name) and it will always start.

yeah, havent tried it yet, got it in march i think maybe april or may. but hopefully ill have heat within 2-3 minutes

what thermostat do you have? 180 or 195? i dont have one right now
