Huh... well that's definitely interesting. I probably would have just bought a small motorhome, but this guy really got creative. Pretty nice truck though.

If I didn't just blow all my money on my trip to virginia I would be interested.

You could always just tow it to a field and have a mobile house on the prairie...I'll show myself out...

Hmm... goofy but also kinda cool and compelling.
Put that DIY cap in a Little Red Express style Dakota and we'd be cooking.
Nice looking truck as it is though.

Lemme see.. fly to tucson.... convince Brian to let me buy him a few beers... buy truck.. head to texas and buy a sailboat.... drive back.... stopping occasionally on the way, in random locations.

Possible intermittent wiring problem ?

Wow, someone put a lot of effort into that topper! I hate to say, it must have a horrible aerodynamic effect but it doesn't actually look half bad. Doesn't look half good, but it doesn't look half bad either!

Not to brag but I got my clean running 94 with 134K on it for $900. I've spent about $1K on the minor flaws so far and its doing well. About $500 or so of that was money I spent out of ignorance. Seems like the only problem I needed to address aside from the EGR is proper adjustment of the TV cable at the throttle Body and tranny. The rest was plugs wires etc your normally replaced parts.

I paid 2500 for my 93 that had 69k on it. Just hit 90k the other day on her. It didn't come with a built in hippie pad though.
