Default Speaker Question

I have an 89 Base. There are only 2 crappy speakers on the bottom rear of the doors. Behind the seat there is no interior panel. I need ideas for speaker mountings or is there a panel I can purchase. I did notice when I had my door panels off there are speaker holes in the front of the door but know openings on the panel !??? Any hacks or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

The panels that have the seat belts? For 4- speaker installs, have the rear speakers, a pair of 5x7 or 6x8 speakers.

Won't get a lot of bass out of them, but they do help to fill the cab.

The extra holes in the front are primarily for the vent in the front door.

Let's see if I can find it here ...

Here's for a 1988, but it's the same for a 1989, attached as a PDF.
