Does anyone have a problem with a 1994 dodge dakota V8 Magnum overheating because of the transmission cooler being mounted to the face of the radiator? It seems to block air flow. Especially when pulling a heavy load. 2500 pound trailer.
That should not be an issue at all. I would be looking for obstructions to air flow thru the radiators. (dirt, debris, etc.) If everything checks out there, use a IR thermometer, and scan across the radiator, check for cold spots. Might be internally clogged up.
