RE: MSD ignition
I accully did. For me nothing noticalbe. But still worth it to know your ignition is the best it can be. Maybe others have felt it.
I did have a MSD high per. coil but it failed on me and left me straded. So I bought Accell high per. coil. I also Bought Accell High temp wires. I love these. You can let it tuch the header and it dont melt. I had the bosh platnum 4s. But everyone says to stay away from them. So I tried Autolights 3923. Nothing noticable.

Are you planning on using it on your truck. As far as I know you cant use them on efi. The computer does a good job too.

RE: MSD ignition
No I didn't know that, all I thought the control box did was increase thespark durartion
Though that does make sense cause I never seen one on a EFI
