When does it burn the oil. Does it mainly burn it when first starting up, and at acceleration, or all the time?
How bad would you say the cloud of blue smoke is? For instance, on my grandpas van, when he would take off, it would leave a pretty good size cloud behind it (enough so that the cars would stay about two or three car lenths back). In his particalur case, it was the valve stem seals.

Any oil leaks?

Yup, that much oils gotta be the plenum gasket.

Search for my posts for a picture of what your gasket probably looks like.

https://dodgeforum.com/m_1089128/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm

There, first pic is of the gasket, apparently they over torque them at the factory and the metal between the intake and plenum expands at different rates causing even more problems.

Just realized this wasnt the Ram section, may still apply, not sure though.

if your truck is a v6 or v8 magnum go to www.hughesengines.com they have plenum gasket repair/reinforcement kits. I just installed one on my 2001 3.9 when i swapped to a stage 1 manifold. basically you just have to take off all the belts and hoses, fuel rail and intake manifold. it took me like 3 days but i could only work on it for like 2 hours at a time... so it could be done in a day.
