I would buy a new box, you will never be able to pop it all the way out to look half way norma. You could cut that part out, buy a patch panel, weld that in and then bondo the edges to smooth it in.

you could try getting in there with a hammer and pound some of it out. you will never get it all out as im sure your aware of. really, the quickest way to fix it would be to find another box and paint it and put it on. or you could just call it a character mark. haha.

Take the bed off, flip it over and pound away with a flat body hammer. You'll get it a little better, I don't think it would be worth the hassle though.

I would get a new box. or try and bang out the dents as much as you can, then bondo the rest smooth. I've done that before.

take a rod insert it up the inside (that sounds very dirty) and push out whatever dents you can. Then take a big suction cup and pull from the outside, while keeping pressure on the pull, tap around the edges with a flat hammer to strengthen the metal. This would be your cheapest option but wont fix it entirely.

Next best way is to find a used box assembly in the same color and just swap em out. Used boxes usually go for around $900 to $1200.

Or put a 2x4 on the other side of the dent, and give it a couple smacks.
