I'll update as I slowly progress, since the powder coater is needing 2 weeks time.

I undercoated now, mostly due to the acid damage from two Optima batteries leaking all over.

The valve covers and oil pan are getting coated.

Yes, I use Rotella, I have a flat-tappet cam and need the zinc.

Fluffy is a nickname from the car guys. I offered them a chance to pick my plate for last year. I'm a good sport about it.. lol

Wow awesome looking truck. I have a question for you. I bought the K&N air filter that drops into the stock air cleaner box. And I noticed that on your pic 003-1 that you have the mopar performance air cleaner. Will the KNN-E-1100 air filter fit in the MP air cleaner?

Thanks

No idea, but both of them did more damage then they're worth combined. Supposed to be a sealed battery. I had to repaint my wheel well, my battery tray was eating, frame, dripped down to other things. Damaged the fuse box, wiring, spark wires, etc... Really didn't make me too happy.

Thanks..

The MP lids are13-15in diameter.. The link you posted says only 9.

Mine isn't the MP cleaner. It's very few were made and it's discontinued due to CnC costs.

This is a picture of the MP cleaner lids...

Right now my base is 14in and the cleaner lid is 15in. I'll change it one day.
