I;m going to try these things , the temp sensor and the injector methods.

 

Okay here is my take on it sounds kind of similar to a issue I had. Have your alternator checked. Then if that is good have your fuel injectors serviced I had mine done at about the same milege they were only putting out less then half output then specified they wondered how the truck had kept running for so long with it like that. Also check you firewall wire harness plug with it being right under the washer fluid tank it will get fluid in it and corrode.
